Philip E. Carby received his B.A. from Mississippi State University in 1970 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi in 1973.
Philip was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and American Bar Associations; The Mississippi Bar (Judicial Nominating Committee, 1988-1992; Fee Dispute Resolution Committee, 1992-1993); Mississippi Association for Justice (Member, Board of Governors, 1992-1995; 2007-current); American Association for Justice (Sustaining Member).
He is admitted to practice in the Mississippi and U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. |

| Hyde Carby |

Hyde Carby received his B.A. from Louisiana State University in 2002. While at LSU, Hyde was a member of the Honors College and Phi Beta Kappa. In 2006, Hyde graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law. At Ole Miss, Hyde was a member of the Mississippi Law Journal and received the outstanding student award in Property, Constitutional Law I and Supreme Court Practice.
Hyde is admitted to practice in all the courts of both Alabama and Mississippi. Prior to forming Carby and Carby PC, Hyde was an associate at Lightfoot, Franklin and White LLC in Birmingham, Alabama where he handled products liability cases. |
